About Me
There is a big difference between a babysitter and a professional educator and in this case a qualified Montessori guide.

I truly believe each child deserves to have a tailored learning process method, according to their needs and personality.
Each child is unique and cannot be compared, hence why there cannot be just one learning technique suitable for all the children. I fully trust their capability and their full potential and I support their independence and freedom of choice, with limits and boundaries.
Six years ago I came across the Montessori approach, which I considered very inspiring and I was soon after offered a position in a Montessori school.
Alongside with my job I also attended the Montessori Assistant course 3-6. After a full year working as a Teaching Assistant I decided to use my knowledge with children, individually, working with families.
Last Summer I have enrolled to the 0-3 Montessori Diploma to be able to understand fully the development of the child since birth. I have just succesfully completed the couse and therefore I am a qualified Montessori directress.
Toddlers are my favourite challenge and babies are my deepest inspiration!
I am now looking for a new opportunity where I could make the difference into the life of young learners.
I am Italian and I've been living in London since 2002. I currently live in Wanstead with my British husband. I studied languages hence my English grammar level is good enough to be able to help your children with their homework. I also did English tutoring when in Italy.
I worked for Kidzania and Disney, which I have a real passion for. This means I never run out of ideas when it comes to entertaining children! I have an 15 years old niece, who is like a daughter to me and I have been following her steps since she was born.
I believe in healthy eating and I can prepare delicious dishes.
I love baking and involving children in everything I do. This is because they are never too young to be able to achieve and learn. It might take a them a bit longer than expected, hence why we need to be patient.
A child of the age of 2 is perfectly capable of putting their shoes and their coats on by themselves and zipping it up.
They just need to be shown!
This is what Montessori is about.
I also have a wide knowledge in natural remedies and I would rather not use toxic products in the house.
I am looking for a local position, possibly in Wanstead or the surrounding areas.
I am looking into 6 hours minimum of daily work.
