Hi, I am Cherish. I'm 35 and living in Hedge End with my husband, 13 year old daughter and 8 year old son. I work in a pre-school/nursery setting as a nursery officer and I am also a trained special needs co-ordinator. I enjoy going for walks on the beach, baking and spending time with my family.
My Experience
I have previously had lots of experience at different settings including primary schools, pre schools, nurserys and childminder facilities. I am currently working in a nursery that caters for children up to 5 years. My nieces and nephews keep me on my toes when I care for them too. I babysit, including overnight care, for many friends and family members. I am also a trained special needs co-ordination and have lots of experience with special needs children.
My Qualifications
I have been CRB checked.
I have an up to date First Aid Training for children and young babies.
I have NVQ level 2 & 3 in Childcare & Development.
I’m a trained SENDCo.
I have also had training in safe guarding children, parent confidentiality, manual handling, food and hygiene, sensory processing, autism awareness, prevent, data protection, fire safety & makaton sign language.
