Hi, I am Cherish. I'm 36 and living in Hedge End with my own family. I work as a Portage home teacher and SEND specialist across the city. Previously I worked in a pre-school/nursery setting as a senior nursery officer and I am also a trained special needs co-ordinator. I’m an experienced babysitter with 18 years of childcare experience. I’ve worked with children of all ages, from babies to infants to pre-teens, and I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for them. I’m known for being patient, responsible, and dependable. Whether it’s nurturing young ones, helping with homework, organising creative activities, or simply ensuring children feel comfortable and cared for.

My Experience
I have previously had lots of experience at different settings including primary schools, pre schools, nurserys and childminder facilities. I am currently working with children under 5. My nieces and nephews keep me on my toes when I care for them too. I babysit, including overnight care, for many friends and family members. I am also a trained special needs co-ordinator and have lots of experience with special needs children from the past 18 years.

I have a current enhanced DBS check.
I have up to date First Aid Training for adults, children and young babies.
I have NVQ level 2 & 3 in Childcare & Development.
