Lou looked after our young baby for an evening recently and we will definitely be calling on her again. She followed our routine perfectly and sent regular adorable updates. My baby obviously felt secure and comfortable immediately as he looked so happy in the photos and was fast asleep when we got home. I felt safe leaving our baby with Lou and it feels lovely to feel like we have some freedom knowing our baby and home will be very well cared for.

We moved to Broadstairs not long ago, and needed to find a new babysitter for occasional evenings out. I knew instantly when meeting Lou that she was a keeper. She's so warm, so caring, and radiates joy. It has been such a lovely thing, within the chaos of moving, to have found a babysitter that everyone in the family loves.
Lou is so attentive with our son, who is four and a half, and he adores her. She takes time to really get to know him, she listens to him and the stories he's telling. She's encouraging. She's patient, she's creative.
Practically . . . Lou is always punctual. She can cook, and can drive so has taken our son out on daytrips, which he absolutely loves. Lou grew up in the area, so is knowledgeable about local sights and things to do. It's also lovely, when returning home after an evening out, that she has gone above and beyond with things like cleaning and tidying up. She's also happy to send updates and pictures whether she's at home with him, or out and about on a day trip.
I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lou helped us on a 5 day seaside trip to Broadstairs with our two boys aged 5 and 3.5 years. Lou was lots of fun and our boys loved having her around. Lots of patience and a great help with two lively young boys. Lou also has a great knowledge of Broadstairs from growing up their, which was great for us.
