About Me

We have a daughter (aged 9) about to go into Year 5 at primary school. We are looking for school pick ups 2-3 days per week. Tue and Thur (with Fri as optional). She is a very happy, easy going child. She loves art and gymnastics.

My Requirements

After School Nanny
Part Time Nanny

We are seeking care from September 2026. School finishes at 3.30pm and ideally the hours would be 3.30 to 7pm, Tue and Thur. We can manage Fridays or would be happy to include that as optional if someone would like the additional hours (3.30-5.30pm).

She has an after school activity most Tuesdays. Thursdays are usual straight home or via the park to play with friends. School is a 10 min walk from the house.

Our son is about to start senior school but will not be home until 6.30pm on the days we need care. So although the nanny would barely see him, we'd ask that they make dinner for both kids, even though the care is primarily for only one child.

We sometimes need babysitting too, only if of interest. And it would be a bonus if someone could do extra during the school holidays but not a requirement.

Can't recommend enough - excellent care

We have worked with Lauren for several years, both as a nanny and babysitter. From the children's perspective she is patient, kind, very intuitive, imaginative and fun. From our perspective as parents she is incredibly reliable, honest and just lovely to have around. The kids absolutely love her and we continue to regularly use Lauren for babysitting. Happy to provide a verbal reference if needed.
