About Me
Mum of two grown up children. My twenty two year old son is autistic. He is an excellent driver and is currently deciding on his career path. My twenty three year old daughter is early years qualified and has a BA. She is gaining knowledge and more understanding of children working in out of school care facilities. While she decides which career path is for her. My life long partner is a driving instructor.
I like walking, reading, and having fun with the children I work with. I have my own car.
At present I am working as a school support assistant. I am a qualified NNEB in 1984. I have always worked with children. I am a caring, compassionate and reliable person. I work until 3pm every week day during term time so pick up from school not possible but can be available after 3.30pm onwards. I am not always available during school holidays but possibly can be arranged.
My Experience
I have worked with all age groups of children, from birth to 12. My own children are 21 and 22. I have worked with children with various additional support needs.
My Qualifications
NNEBqualification from Coatbridge College in 1984
At high school school I gained English, Arithmetic, French, Home Economics, Child Care qualifications.
