Son with double incontinence. Happy to discuss as we need someone who is okay with changing nappies and assisting in changes, comfortable around puberty etc. General support. Occasional cover needed for trips out such as sports or shopping and general downtime. Age 12

Professional and helpful

Overall this sitter is very professional and helpful. Even supported with picking up groceries.

Offered with no hesitation to look after my daughter and had no negative comments about her needing regular changes despite being a teenager.

Very polite person, but did leave the job early.

Last minute let down

I had arranged for some care, got details sorted then checked up just before the day and found she no longer could cover as had double booked!

This wasn't communicated so now i have had to cancel my plans.

Very slow to respond to messages and very vague. Avoid unless you want to be let down

hi i would like to respond, NHS texts are always last minute so i was unaware of this appointment until the last minute. From my perspective we had spoken about the arrangement, but I was unaware it was a firm offer and so feel that the review is a little unfair.
