About Me
Hello, I'm Hope. I work in frontline emergency services and work shift work. (4 on 4 off).
I have a 3 year old daughter who has just started nursery and I have a 9 month old/nearly 10 months old daughter.
I am keen to find a trustworthy childminder for my youngest for the end of April 2025.

My Requirements
I work 4 on 4 off shift pattern (two days usually 7am till 7pm then two nights 7pm till 7am).
My partner also works shifts currently so we are trying to find a balance between childcare, work and home life.
Minimum of 2 days a week of childcare needed, but ideally 3/4 days - with days rotating depending on shifts (not weekends)
E.g week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Week 2 Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
Week 3 wednesday, Thursday, Friday
And so on.

We found Michelle and her amazing family team in early 2025 after searching for someone to accommodate our needs and schedules. CCCM are approachable, professional and their passion for their roles speak for themselves. Our baby has been so well cared for and they treat her as if she was one of their own. We never have any concerns about her care. CCCM are in constant communication and really work hard on fostering a positive working relationship with the children's families.
We trust all staff at CCCM with caring for our daughter. We know that she's thriving and hitting all her milestones; with consistent support and encouragement from everyone at CCCM.
Their facilities are always immaculate and been designed with the children's needs and wants at the forefront. Safe proofing and security are very important to everyone at CCCM, so safety gates and cameras are everywhere, which is wonderful to see. It is an ideal setting for the services and high standard of care they offer.
We bring our daughter a packed lunch every day she is there and staff are always excellent at communicating if she's enjoyed or disliked something.
There's nowhere else I'd recommend for childminding services. Our children are our most precious things and their care and safety is the most important thing. This is absolutely shared and supported by everyone at CCCM.
