My name is Michelle. I am a Ofsted Registered Childminder, I live with my husband Rob and we have 2 children Liam 36 and Alexis is 34. Alexis Co-Childminds with me. Alexis is married to Jason and they have 3 gorgeous children Albie, Eddie and Connie. Rob and Jason are our assistants. I have been doing childminder since June 2006, Alexis was my assistant for 14 years and she has just became registered at the end of June 2024.
My Experience
I have 19 years experience, Alexis over 15 years experience. We have had lots of children from different Ethnic backgrounds, which we have received training.
My Qualifications
First Aid Paediatric Certificate for Alexis, myself and assistants
Safeguarding Children
Full up to date DBS check for myself and assistants.

My opening times:
Monday to Friday 7am-5pm
We provide 15 hours 2yr, 3yr and 4yr funding places. We also offer 30 hours for eligible 3 & 4 year old, also funding from 9 month olds. Which can be split with another setting. We will also spread funded hours through the holidays as well as term time.

We are a home from home childcare setting, providing a positive nurturing environment.
Child led/adult guided approach to learning and developing new and existing skills. Aiding the ever growing knowledge and development of our children providing fun activities and adventures both in and outdoors.
We offer government funded 15 hours for 2, 3 and 4 year olds. And offering funded 30 hours for 3 and 4 year olds, 30 hours funding for 9 month olds from September. Funded hours don't have to be used just in term times, but in school holidays as well. Which means you can spread hours over the year. You also can split the 30 hours over 2 different providers. Please contact for further information. We are happy to answer your questions and help with your concerns.
We all know the children and the children get to know each other and are all friends. Don't be nervous to ring me we both are very approachable and we will help with anything you need to know about childminding if we cant answer your question straight away we will get the answer.

We found Michelle and her amazing family team in early 2025 after searching for someone to accommodate our needs and schedules. CCCM are approachable, professional and their passion for their roles speak for themselves. Our baby has been so well cared for and they treat her as if she was one of their own. We never have any concerns about her care. CCCM are in constant communication and really work hard on fostering a positive working relationship with the children's families.
We trust all staff at CCCM with caring for our daughter. We know that she's thriving and hitting all her milestones; with consistent support and encouragement from everyone at CCCM.
Their facilities are always immaculate and been designed with the children's needs and wants at the forefront. Safe proofing and security are very important to everyone at CCCM, so safety gates and cameras are everywhere, which is wonderful to see. It is an ideal setting for the services and high standard of care they offer.
We bring our daughter a packed lunch every day she is there and staff are always excellent at communicating if she's enjoyed or disliked something.
There's nowhere else I'd recommend for childminding services. Our children are our most precious things and their care and safety is the most important thing. This is absolutely shared and supported by everyone at CCCM.

I can't thank Michelle and her family enough for looking after my son Archie. They're very kind and they really look after the kids so well. I highly recommend their service. If I will have another child I would not hesitate to choose them again.

I couldn’t recommend Michelle and her family more. My children have gone from sobbing at nursery to asking to go to Michelle’s even at the weekend. She is a fantastic extension of our family and my boys love her. The boys are happy, well cared for and are taught everything and beyond what children should be taught. She cares them for like her own and is so flexible with the childcare hours to ensure it fits to my family. Even down to cooking certain meals for my boys as they refuse to eat sandwiches etc. fantastic
