About Me
My name is Kylie Cherlyn and I am an Ofsted registered childminder since 2017, with 9 years of childcare experience. I am also a mother of four children, which has given me strong hands-on experience in understanding children’s needs, emotions, and development at different stages.
I am passionate about providing a safe, caring, and nurturing home-from-home environment where children feel happy, secure, and supported. I believe every child is unique, and I support their learning and development through play, routine, and positive encouragement.
I offer a calm and welcoming setting for children aged 2 to 5 years, where they can build confidence, independence, and social skills.
I have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have completed training with Bromley Mencap. I am committed to inclusive care and working closely with parents to meet each child’s individual needs.
My aim is to provide high quality childcare that supports both children and families, ensuring peace of mind while parents are at work.
My Experience
I have 9 years of experience in childcare and I am an Ofsted registered childminder since 2017. I provide a safe, caring, and structured home-from-home environment for children aged 2 to 5 years.
I currently offer school runs, after school care, and full-day childcare, supporting children’s learning and development through play, routine, and positive interaction.
I also have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring inclusive care and individual support for each child.
As a mother of four, I bring additional real-life experience in child development, behaviour understanding, and daily care routines.
? I also take part in regular childcare training and professional development through Childcare.co.uk, keeping my knowledge and practice up to date in line with current childcare standards and safeguarding requirements.
I regularly plan activities such as arts and crafts, learning games, storytelling, and outdoor play, including visits to local parks to support children’s physical and social development.
My Qualifications
I hold certificate in paediatric first aid , safeguarding and child protection level 1 in advanced, food hygiene, managing behaviour , characteristics of learning introduction to to childcare practice home - based level 3 Diploma In Home based Childcare .and I done my training with Bromly Mencap Also every week I do training with childcare. co. uk
My Availability
Childcare available for children aged 2–5. I offer full-day care, school runs, and after school care. Flexible hours available. I welcome discussions about individual needs, including SEN support, to ensure I can provide suitable care for each child and family.

- Babysitting from £12.22 per hour
- Childminding from £12.12 per hour
Starting from £11.50 Per Hour
