About Me

I am a bubbly 33-year-old with a strong passion for working with children. Over the past 10 years, I have worked on cruise ships as a Childcare Manager, where I’ve had the opportunity to support thousands of families and children ranging from newborns to 17 years old. For the past three years, I have worked as a Fleet Youth Manager, overseeing up to 12 childcare managers and ensuring all policies, procedures, safeguarding, and sleep safety standards are consistently maintained across all 12 departments.

I have a strong understanding of children’s individual needs and care plans, and I am confident in creating tailored approaches to support each child’s development and wellbeing. I am very outdoorsy and believe in making the most of all weather conditions, enjoying activities that encourage creativity and learning through play, particularly in art and outdoor exploration.

I am a confident and knowledgeable professional, dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for every child. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in supporting children across a variety of settings, including schools, nurseries, nannying roles, and private events. I pride myself on building positive relationships with families and handling challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
