Hello! My name is Katie. I’m 25 and I have a degree in Childhood Psychology. I have over 7 years of experience nannying and caring for children, and I would love to find a family to work with locally.
I love the outdoors, paddle boarding, gardening and most importantly art. I am now obtaining my PGCE specialising in Art and Design, as well as running a small business were I hand-make knitwear which I sell in galleries. I love incorporating art and crafts when I am caring for children.
I have experience working with babies, children and young people from ages 4 months to 18 years old. My duties have consisted of nappy changes, bottle prep, tummy time, pick up and nursery and school drop offs, homework, meal prep, assisting with play dates and hobbies. In one of my previous roles I taught English as a second language, which I really enjoyed.
I love being outside when nannying and doing creative tasks. I am a punctual person who appreciates routine especially when caring for children.

My Experience
I nannied in London for 6 years to many different families, with children from ages 1 to 10 years old. As well as nannying in London, I have worked as a travel Nanny in the Alps over the Winter seasons with a variety of amazing children varying from ages 4 months old to 12 years old. I have experience with baby’s also including bottle feeding, nap time and wake up/ bed time routines, nappy changing, tummy time, and sensory play. My roles with older children have included school pick-up and drop-off, homework help, homeschooling, meal prep (all meals), playing with the children, taking them to activities, and bedtime routine.
I have also worked in schools, I was a matron in a boarding school and an Art teaching assistant which has lead me to complete a PGCE in Art and Design to qualify as a teacher.
However, I am looking for a nanny role.
