Like family, the best decision we made

I honestly cannot recommend Natalie highly enough; she has been absolutely incredible for our family.

My youngest daughter has been with her since she was just 1 year old, and over that time, Natalie has become so much more than a childminder, she is truly like a second mother to her. The bond they have is incredibly special, and as a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is loved, safe, and genuinely cared for.

What sets Natalie apart is that this is not “just a business” to her. She truly cares, deeply, about every child’s wellbeing, development, and happiness. You can see it in everything she does: the warm, nurturing environment she creates; the fun outings (driving to Biggin Hill to watch the planes, going to the farm, golfing, Songbirds playgroup, walking in parks and in nature with the loveliest dog, Sonny Boy, whom the children absolutely adore — you name it, there are so many fun activities that will never compare to a room in a nursery); the creative activities; and the way she helps children grow in confidence and independence.

What has also been amazing for my daughter is the bond she has created with her core group of little friends, who have grown and played together so well. They are all very respectful. Natalie has a natural presence that earns respect through kindness, creating a warm environment where children listen and feel secure. She also provides great guidance to help parents navigate different stages, working together on milestones and developmental phases (such as potty training or handling incidents like hitting).

Something else incredible she has done for our family is the support she provides beyond childcare. As an (often) single mum of two young children, there have been times when I’ve really needed flexibility or help, and Natalie has always gone above and beyond. Whether it’s being accommodating with timings, offering reassurance, or even helping with collections when I’ve been stuck, she has consistently shown kindness, understanding, and genuine care. She supports parents just as much as she supports the children, and that is incredibly rare.

She is also very well connected with nurseries and schools; she is known and trusted in the local community and works closely with Brick by Brick (another very trusted childcare provider for pre-schoolers). She also helps us navigate the childcare system, ensuring we access the right funding.

Having experienced both a nursery setting with my eldest and Natalie’s care with my youngest, I can say without hesitation that I would choose Natalie every single time. In fact, I only wish I had known her sooner so my eldest could have had the same experience.

It genuinely makes me sad that this chapter is coming to an end soon, which says everything about how special she is. I completely disagree with the Ofsted rating; in my opinion, she is absolutely Outstanding.

If you are looking for someone who will not only care for your child but truly invest in them, love them, and support your whole family, Natalie is that person.

Amazing

My daughter attended Nat Nat’s childcare setting from the age of 1 untill nearly 4 years old.
Natalie is such a lovely warm and caring person. Who genuinely only wants the best for the children in her care.
She not only the supports the children but also parents too with difficult drop offs she would always reassure me with a picture and message that the tears had quickly stopped and she was happily playing.
Natalie always sent updates of the fun that had been had during the day, aswell as crafts my little one would come home with. She has made some forever friends from attending Natalie's.
I can't recommend Natalie enough, for teaching and adoring my daughter and I'm so sad that this chapter of my little girls life has come to an end.

Brilliant Childminder

Natalie is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous to place my daughter with a childminder having never done this with my first daughter, but Natalie put me in such ease and was always transparent. She eased Ayla in from 10 months old and has had her until now, age 3.5! Ayla loves going to Nat Nats house and oh my gosh, she has come such a long way. Natalie helped me with so many mile stones i.e. taking Ayla off the dummy, potty training, food and just helping Ayla become more independent. Ayla enjoyed going on her daily trips and Natalie would always send me pictures of their activities! Im so grateful because now I have such amazing pictures of Ayla to share with her when she's old enough! Natalie has created a warm, nurturing and adventurous environment for all the children and they become such good friends with eachother. I couldn't recommend Natalie enough, we will truly miss her as a family. If ever I have another one, I'll be right back at Nat Nats lol.

Nat Nat - The Best

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Natalie (or Nat Nat as the children like to call her!). Natalie is such a kind, caring, and reliable childminder who has become a very important person in our little boys life.
From the very first day, I knew Natalie would be the person to look after our son as she creates such a warm and nurturing environment.

Natalie is always taking the children out on adventures, whether this be to toddler clubs, parks, library, woods, farms etc.
Each day is filled with creative activities, outdoor play, and thoughtful routines. Our son was always excited to go to Nat Nats to see his friends and to go on a new adventure.

Natalie would always update us throughout the days with photos to show us what they had been up too. This was always lovely and reassuring whilst being at work! It’s clear she genuinely cares for each child as if they were her own.
We’ve seen such positive development in our son’s confidence, social skills, and independence, and we know a big part of that is all thanks to Natalie.

We are so sad that our little boys time has come to an end with not only Nat Nat but her lovely family too (including sonny boy the most loving dog who is adored by all the children!!).

We would 110% recommend Natalie to anyone who is in need of a childminder as she is truly amazing.

One of a kind

Quite simply, you will not find a better childminder. Natalie is professional, friendly, warm & most importantly, you can see that she loves what she does.

Everyday she took my son out doing something fun & different e.g. strawberry picking in Summer & more recently. a pumpkin farm! Inside the house there is also lots for the kids to play with.

As a result, my son’s development has really improved since he was under her care & he adores her. No issues settling in & I received updates every day with photos of him smiling having fun. Hygiene and cleanliness are very important to Natalie too.

A rare and important quality is that Natalie is understanding and flexible; she makes every effort to support you as parents as well as your child.

I’d like to take this opportunity to say to Natalie that we will really miss you and I can’t thank you enough for all of your help and support - now it’s my turn to send you updates and photos :) Xx

Natalie

Our son Leo started at Natalie's just as he turned 1 years old, he couldn't yet walk or speak much so of course and that made it even more difficult for us to leave our baby in someone else's care but the moment I met Natalie I remember how calm and gentle she was. One thing I will always be forever grateful for is that she treated Leo like her own. He has always loved being at Nat Nats and once he was talking he would recall his day and say how much he not only loves Nat Nat but her family too. Natalie always took Leo out and about which he loves up to this day, so many experiences and adventures. Leo's confidence has come on leaps and bounds, he was quite a timid baby but now he is chatty, confident, clever and caring. Natalie has given Leo that stepping stone to go on to be the amazing little boy that he is, I know in the future we will definitely love for natalie to look after our next child.

Just Amazing Childminder!

I have known Nat from September 2017 when my little boy started going to her for 3 days a week. From the moment she opened her door I knew she will be the childminder I will choose. Her home is so warm and homey and she is so loving and so wonderful. Jasper has been so happy with her and it’s been just easy to go to work knowing that he is in safe and happy hands. She gives you a daily feedback and photos what is great and you know what your child has been up to and for me it was very helpful. Her whole family is amazing. Jasper loves them all and I think he has a special little connection with Lewis who he looks up to as his own big brother. I feel so sad to leave because it has been so wonderful experience and to see how much has Jasper grown and advanced in her care. She is very good giving you advice if you hit the wall after trying everything to make you child’s journey better and easier. I would very, very highly recommend her!

Fantastic!

Natalie looked after my daughter from 15 months until she was 4 & my little boy from 1 until almost 2.
Evie had really bad separation anxiety when we first met Natalie & I was so worried about her settling with anyone! Well I shouldn't have worried as on the first meeting Evie was at ease. I always say Evie chose Natalie too! Evie settled very quickly into Natalie's setting which is the home from home environment I was looking for, it's lovely & clean & very welcoming.
Natalie is always taking the children out exposing them to new environments like play groups & farms which they love.
Natalie always sends lots of pictures & updates which is great when you are at work wondering what they are up to!
Natalie has her very own branch if toys r us so there is everything the children could want to play with inside & out.
Natalie hugely helped Evie with her confidence & also supported with lots of first learning like colours & numbers & also taught Evie how the write her name.
Natalie's children are a total pleasure, they are great with the little ones & my two absolutely love them.
It's so hard going back to work but Natalie made it as easy as it can be. I always knew my children were stimulated, happy & safe which is all you can hope for.
Natalie has been a huge support to me & my children & I feel very lucky to have found her. It's only because we moved to a different area that the children had to leave & there were lots of tears!!

Thank you!

Natalie looked after my now 4 year old daughter Lola from 14 months until wound 3 1/2 years old.
She has been so lovely and welcomed Lola into her family. Natalie has two really great children who play so nicely with Lola and Lola really thinks the world of the whole family.
The home setting is lovely and clean and there is a dedicated room for play with many toys and learning equipment. There are also lots of great things set up to do in the garden.
Natalie taught Lola how to write her name and helped her with many first steps in learning which was great.
They would always have days out and fun activities as well as more structured learning.
Lastly, Natalie really helped my return to work and put my mind at rest knowing Lola was in great hands. Every day I would received lovely photos of what Lola was doing and it was really great.
Thanks Natalie, would thoroughly recommend !

Lovely Natalie!

Natalie has been such a lovely child minder to our daughter Ellie and we will definitely use her again in the future, or recommend her to anyone else looking for some child care.
Natalie always supplies lots of fun toys and activities for the children, even taking them to see the raindeers at Ruxley Manor every Christmas!
I have seen Ellie's confidence and language skills grow so much while she has been with Natalie and I knew every time I dropped her off she would come home with funny stories about her day.
We will all really miss Natalie and her lovely family!!

truely amazing

Natalie is a fantastic childminder. Natalie provides a warm, secure and stimulating environment for all children, She was brilliant with my 2 children, i am so lucky to have found her. I would reccomend her to anyone looking for chilldcare. Both my children loved spending time with natalie and her lovely family and couldnt wait to get there.
She always does fun things with the children including toddler clubs, park trips and even trips further a field like the london aquarium. She also does fun things at home which would include arts and craft, playing in the garden and a huge range of toys.
Natalie wasnt just my childminder she has also become my friend i suffer with anxiety and was very difficult for me to leave my children but she welcomed me in to her home with so much support and i am so grateful to her.
We were all very sad to leave natalie but due to my change in circumstances we had to leave. Even now my 2 ask when they are going back.
