My Experience
I started my career in childcare working in a private nursery as a room leader with children aged 3 months to 3 years. In this time a cared for,nurtured and planned stimulating n age appropriate activities for the children in my care. After 5 years moved on to my next job where I worked with new and existing staff to set up the baby room environment and put systems,policies n procedures in place as well as duties previously mentioned. In my current role I work with children aged 2-4 years in a school nursery environment. I plan for,assess and evaluated the children in my cares learning and ensure their progress and development.
My Qualifications
Diploma Level 3 in childcare and education.
Degree in child centred inter-professional practice.
First aid trained.
