I’m a Biomedical Science and Law graduate, currently preparing for my master’s degree. I’ve always loved working with children and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for them.
I started looking after my two younger siblings from the age of nine, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how rewarding it is to help children grow and learn. Since then, I’ve worked as a part-time nanny for four different families, where I’ve cared for children of different ages and used my language skills to communicate with them in English, Arabic, and Farsi.
I’ve also worked as an Arabic and English teacher for older children. In that role, I enjoyed creating engaging activities, encouraging teamwork, and helping students build their confidence and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.

My Experience
Looking after children has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began caring for my younger siblings when I was still a child myself. With both of my parents working full-time and childcare not being an option, I naturally took on many caregiving responsibilities from a young age. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a safe, loving, and structured environment for children.
Since then, I have worked with four families as a part-time nanny, including evening and overnight care, looking after children between the ages of 2 and 5. My responsibilities included supervising the children, planning fun and age-appropriate activities, organising playtime and screen time in line with the parents’ preferences, preparing and serving meals according to the family’s instructions, maintaining their daily routines, and ensuring they were settled and asleep at their usual bedtime. Above all, I always aimed to make the children feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving parents complete peace of mind that their little ones were in capable and trustworthy hands.
My Qualifications
I have completed Bachelor’s degrees in both Biomedical Science and Law. My education has equipped me with excellent communication, organisation, and critical thinking skills, as well as a strong understanding of health, safety, and responsibility. These qualities help me provide attentive, reliable, and thoughtful care for children.
