Great initial phone call with Kayleigh about the role, the conversation appeared very promising from both sides and was really looking forward to meeting her and taking her interview to the next stage with a trial. Upon asking for references and offering a trial a couple days later, she no longer responded to any of my messages which was quite disappointing and wasted my time and effort.

Regretfully, I did not receive any messages after our initial call. I am not sure what more I could do as I also felt it would be a good fit.
We had a great initial phone call with Paulina about the role. The conversation flowed well and was very comfortable so it appeared promising from both sides. Despite her being abroad at the time, we made plans upon her return to the UK for further interviews and a trial for our nanny share. Without explanation, she no longer responded to any calls or messages which was quite disappointing for both families and wasted our time and efforts.
