Graded outstanding in my last inspection as a childminder, I’m now available as a nanny in Milson, Shropshire.
I provide a flexible childcare service to meet the needs of parents who juggle kids and work. I can work from early until late.
My Experience
Most of my experience was gained bringing up my own children:
Amber works full time as a project manager, after achieving a 2.1 in her business management degree. Jade works full time in the IT industry and has just bought her own . Finley is my eldest son. He is 20 years old, he gained distinctions across the board in his college business course and is now looking for work to fund his dream of seeing the world saving for future worldwide travel.
Amelia is 12 years old and has just had a very successful first year at high school. She likes horse riding and the great outdoors. She's a very helpful young lady.
Grace is 5 years old and super smiley. She loves looking after our sheep, dressing up and role playing.
Leo is my youngest. He is 3 years old. He loves preschool very much and is a very sociable little boy. His favourite things are monster trucks and dinosaurs.
My Qualifications
I'm Level 3 qualified in childcare with a GCSE in Child Development and an A level in Psychology.
I have experience supporting foster children and their carers.
I am trained in paediatric first aid, safeguarding, special educational needs, etc.
My Availability
I am available to work as a live out nanny Monday to Friday.

Nadine looked after my son 4 days a week from March 2015 to August 2016 and also collected my daughter from the local school 2 days a week.
They both absolutely adore Nadine. She's offers a very nourishing and fun environment from her home but also a fantastic learning environment away from her home, with almost daily trips out (all included within the hourly rate!) She also meets up regularly with other local childminders so they certainly do not miss out on making lots of friends!
She's just been awarded an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating and I'm not surprised at all. Highly recommended if you are looking for a childminder in the Old Basing area.

Nadine has been my daughters childminder for 2 and a half years, I don't know where to start with all the positive things there are to say about the care my daughter has received in that time (so apologies if I ramble!).
Nadine provides such as home away from home which was very important to me as my daughter was there for 50 hours a week! Sophia enjoyed every day there so much as Nadine is so brilliant at creating a fun, caring, loving, warm environment. The children are welcomed by all the family and Nadine's own children are a compliment to her.
Nadine's very creative and active with lots of different activities and outings which encourages learning and development in a fun and memorable way. Sophia has made so many friends from all the children she meets on days out and clubs they go to, brilliant for social skills. There are so many toys to play with indoors and out! (No wonder my daughter wasn't always keen on coming home!) As well as providing all the fun and laughter she teaches fairness and manners- all the things you want to for your child. Nadine is very open and honest and will discuss any concerns with you freely and professionally. She is calm, patient, intelligent, happy, positive, warm, enthusiastic, compassionate, experienced ...
I could go on forever with all the things that come to mind so I must stop and say I don't trust anyone more with what's most precious to me than Nadine! You would be missing out on an amazing childminder if you didn't get in contact!

Nadine is my son's childminder, and I am absolutely delighted with the care he receives from Nadine. Nadine is an intelligent lady that runs a successful childminding business, which is very reassuring from a parent's perspective. But most importantly to me, Nadine has a natural warmth towards children, and has instinctively got to know my son in the time he has been with her. Nadine has a lovely family home, which can offer children so much, and has an excellent selection of toys, and does lovely outgoings with the children. My son enjoys all his meals, and feedback from Nadine on the day is always good. I am literally pushed out the door at drop off time as he is so excited to be there lol!!, which is just fantastic to see. I cannot recommend Nadine more highly for a childminder for your children.
