I contacted Aman seeking support and advice for my autistic child, as I was desperately trying to find help for my child’s needs. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, I found her communication extremely rude, dismissive, condescending, and lacking empathy.
Despite feeling uncomfortable with her attitude, I continued communicating with her because I was genuinely desperate for support. After a few months, I contacted her again yesterday asking if she could call me back for advice. Her first response to me was simply, “What do you need?” which came across as cold, aggressive, and highly disrespectful.
As a parent already struggling to seek support for a vulnerable child, I found her manner deeply upsetting and unprofessional, especially from someone who claims to help families and parents.
When I questioned why she was speaking to me in such a dismissive way, she immediately became defensive and threatened to report me and call the police, despite the fact that I had approached her respectfully throughout. I have screenshots of the messages which clearly show the way I was spoken to.
She has also blocked me, which makes me feel she was trying to prevent me from leaving an honest review about my experience. She also made comments such as “may God guide you,” which felt patronising and made me feel as though I was a mad person and being treated unfairly simply for asking for support for my autistic child.
Parents of children with additional needs are often already under huge emotional pressure and deserve compassion, patience, and professionalism. Sadly, this was not my experience at all.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise parents to think carefully before contacting this person, especially if you are already in a vulnerable situation and looking for genuine support.

She was reported to the police for constantly bombarding me with messages and phone calls.
Went through her EHCP and advised her how to strengthen it. Spoke to her at length. Kept asking me for therapy when I explained I was a teacher.
Obsessed with wanting money out of the council but not having her child in the correct placement.
Makes multiple visits to the profile which is unnerving. Makes fake profiles under the name ‘Sea’ and finds profiles.
Entitled behaviour considering she had £200+ services for free. Aggressive. Has been reported.
