My Experience

I have three beautiful, individual children who are all bright, crazy, loving, outgoing and caring.

My daughters both work locally and my son attends a local primary school.

I absolutely love being around and working with young children. Bringing up my own three is the most rewarding thing I have accomplished and continue to do, seeing them develop, learn and grow into their own personalities.

When my girls were young, they loved nothing more than baking, drawing, painting, doing arts and crafts, writing stories, playing in the garden or the park and generally just being allowed to be children. My son also loves these activities however he could easily spend 24 hours a day playing with Lego, given the opportunity!

Given the opportunity, we will venture out to the woods, forest, park, swimming pool, library or the beach or just take a ball or bike and head to open ground for fresh air...or rain!

During my time working in a mainstream primary school, I worked as an Individual Needs Assistant, Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant, working with children with Special Needs, including those on the Autism spectrum and others with Dyslexic tendencies.

As a parent I am firm but fair and raise my children to have decent, traditional values, morals and manners, being respectful and polite and treating others as they would like to be treated. Praise and positive reinforcement, warmth, fun, giggles, love and lots of cuddles are essential!
