Hello, my name is Ryan and I have 3 years of experience working as an SEN Senior Learning Support Assistant at a Secondary school in Richmond. I am also a fully qualified English as a second language teacher, with two years of teaching experience both online and in person (CELTA Qualified). I have also worked as a Head of Year 8 at a mainstream Secondary school in Twickenham. I currently work as a SEN tutor for Achieving for Children
I currently live in Brixton and Brockley and I teach English Online through the Platform Preply. When I am not teaching I work in TV and Film as an extra and on occasion as an Actor. As such, my timetable is fairly flexible and I am available for childminding, tutoring and Chaperoning as I am a qualified chaperone as well.

My Experience
I have a wealth of experience working as both a babysitter and a tutor. I have been providing my service since I myself was in school and can work across all ages, abilities and behavior. I am also very adept at working with children and teenagers with SEN in particular ADHD, ASD and dyslexia. I am also trained and experienced in working with students with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression and eating disorders. Furthermore, I am more than happy to take them on trips or to the park to play sports especially if they enjoy football or climbing as I myself am an avid footballer an climber. During the summer of 2022, I completed my CELTA course which means I am fully qualified to teach English as a second language to both adults and children. I have been teaching English as a second language since August 2022. Since then, I have lived and taught abroad in Thailand for a year and have also worked as a Pastoral Head of Year 8 in a Secondary school for a year.
My Qualifications
I have a BA in Archaeology, and three years of experience working in that field so if your kids love history I've got lots of exciting stories! I also have A-levels in History, Philosophy, Archaeology and Government & Politics as well as 11 A* - C GCSE's. If your children enjoy reading and love animals I also have many National Geographic kids magazines which I won as a prize and often use to help with my lessons

My Fees
- Babysitting from £30.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour
I offer my tutoring service for between £35 and £40 depending on how much preparation is required for the lesson. I also offer child-minding services which start at £30 an hour
