I have worked in childcare for 10 years with the age range from 0 -8.
I have worked in 4 different nursery's 2 private and 2 council. I have lots of pervious babysitting experience as I used to this for the parents in my work.

Louise's experience shines through, and my toddler was quick to warm to her. Great communication, turned up on time, no problems and plenty of fun had... when I came home, he was in the living room and so engrossed that he didn't notice me come in the front door. After Louise left, he was in a great relaxed and playful mood for the rest of the day, which I take as a good sign.
