My Experience

I have been a nanny/mother’s help/babysitter for 7 different families over the span of 7 years, with children from newborn to teenagers. Some of the families I worked alongside the parent; others I have had sole responsibility for the children. From Jan 2020 to June 2020 I also worked as an au pair in Switzerland!! These jobs taught me to work independently using my own initiative and the importance of responsibility when looking after children. They also taught me to be a great team player and work effectively with others!!! I enjoy having fun with the children I look after; baking, drawing, going to the park, crafts, imaginative play, swimming, reading and singing.

I'm a very easy going person, and happy to muck in and help out with all sorts of jobs, my day-to-day can be so varied; from playing dressing up one moment, to popping out to do a food shop, and then putting together a flat pack chest of drawers the next!! I'm tidy and organised too, I love folding clothes and sorting through/re-organising cupboards: whatever I can do to help ensure the smooth running of your family & household!!

I’m hardworking, reliable and trustworthy, my references are available upon request & reflect this. I have a solid knowledge & vast sole-care experience with newborns from the ages of 4 weeks and twins!! And I have 1 week's work experience at a local nursery/playgroup & weekly cleaning jobs that I had for over 7 years, all requiring a high level of trust, responsibility and independence.

My Availability

From May onwards, (tbc) I'm available Thursday & Friday all day, and Tuesday & Wednesday mornings!

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

If travelling is involved I would request my fuel is paid for, including commuting to and from work at the rate of £0.45p per mile.
