About Me
I am a friendly and outgoing person with a bubbly personality. I am patient and a good listener which I think is crucial when it comes to looking after children. I have a real passion for working with Children and would love to become a nanny. I have a daughter and a son of my own and I have been brought up around children all my life as I have 6 younger siblings 3 brothers and 3 sisters all ranging from different ages and I used to look after them quite a lot, this is from newborn upwards. I have a full UK driving licence with my own car. I am honest, reliable and have good time keeping and organisational skills. I enjoy cooking (this includes bottle feeding for babies) cleaning, play dates, trips to the parks, indoor and outdoor activities. I have a current DBS check but not sure if out of date so will be willing to obtain a new one if needed.
My Experience
I don't have much nannying experience but would love to be given the opportunity to show you how much I care and have such a passion for Children. I have worked
in a Children's centre supporting parent's and childre’s bond, sometimes parents would be there and sometimes they would leave them with us. I have also worked in a care home too as i really do have a passion for the care industry. One of my brothers has Asperger’s Syndrome which is a milder version of Autism so I am experienced with special needs.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ level 2 in health and social care. I am first aid trained at work but willing to obtain a paediatric first aid certificate if required
My Availability
I am currently on maternity leave until February 2026. I am looking for a part time role as my daughter is in full time school and I don’t have any wrap around care.
Depending on the role, I may have my son with me who by February will be 9 months old but I can discuss this with you.
My Fees
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
