About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder providing flexible childcare from birth upwards in a caring home environment. my aim is to support parents to help the children become independent, happy, confident and well rounded individuals, to thieve and reach their full potential. All children will have learning journeys. I will plan for the children using their interest and stage of development covering the 7 areas of the EYFS. I haver three children of my own aged 16,14,13. I have also been a childminding assistant for the last 7 years. I love children and can entertain every age group i especially enjoy craft activities. i am a very patient person and ensure my home is to a high standard regarding hygiene and safety. I am out going, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. I have a level 3 diploma for the early years practitioner and all other relevant training first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding. I have also completed various courses through the open university- understanding children, role of play in children's learning, teaching for good behaviour and various others.
My Experience
I have been a childminding Assistant for 7 years as well as bring up three children of my own. I have volunteered in my children's school and also have some experience in a day nursery working with babies upwards. I also have experience with children on the Autism spectrum. i have a level 3 qualification as an Early years Educator and an Ncfe level 2 award in helping skills.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives at Tiny Totz, especially with Hayley. She goes above and beyond in every way, creating such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where the children truly thrive.
Hayley has a wonderful way with the kids, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about each and every one of them. One of the things we love most is the time and effort she puts into making special occasions memorable. Whether it’s Mother’s Day, Christmas, or other celebrations, she helps the children create thoughtful, personal gifts that we truly cherish. It’s those little touches that make such a big difference.
She’s also incredibly approachable and easy to talk to—more like a friend than just a childminder. Communication is always open and honest, which gives us great peace of mind. I honestly cannot recommend Hayley enough. She is one of the most amazing women and has made such a positive difference in both of my children’s lives. Since starting with her, my daughter Rosie has come on so much—it’s been incredible to see her grow in confidence and make such lovely friendships along the way.
Hayley always keeps you updated and in the loop, which gives you complete peace of mind. She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does. Both of my children absolutely love going to her house, which says everything.
She is affordable, reliable, and flexible—everything you could possibly need when trusting someone with your children. I feel so grateful for everything Hayley has done for us. Even when my son attends during half terms, she is just as amazing with him, filling both of them with confidence and care.
We honestly couldn’t ask for a better childminder—thank you for everything, Hayley! 💛

We have been with Hayley since my daughter was 6months and we now have to leave at just under 3.5years.
She was an answered prayer and I couldn’t be more thankful for the service she provided us. I use the word service loosely because, this was more than service, it was kindness, assurance, certainty, safety and technically family.
Thank you isn’t enough. I’d miss Hayley and know my daughter who absolutely loves her would miss her as well as all the friends she’s made here over the years.

We’ve been so lucky to have found such a kind and warm-hearted childminder. From the very beginning, Haley made me feel completely at ease leaving Noah in her care—something that’s never easy for any parent. Her nurturing and thoughtful nature shines through in everything she does, and she truly goes above and beyond to support not just the child, but the whole family.
Haley was incredibly helpful in guiding us through alternative funding options, which made a real difference and showed just how much she genuinely cares. Noah has absolutely thrived in her care, and her home has always felt like a second home to him. Even though he would be upset every Morning attending as soon as he was there he would settle and Hayley constantly text and send me messages on how Noah was, this helped me carry on with my day.
Hayley will be deeply missed by all of us—she’s had such a positive impact on our lives and we’re so grateful for everything she’s done.

My child has been with Hayley since she was 18months old, she’s sadly moving onto her school nursery this September but will be staying with Hayley for the school holidays. My daughter loves it here and has come on so well since being here, (she also loves the food, sometimes seconds)
Hayley has been very flexible with me whilst we went through a rough time with my son being poorly, she welcomed my daughter on different days/hours. She has now become a friend to me.

Perfect care setting suitable for all ages in a modern clean setting. Hayley is a very loving kind hearted person who will go out her way to meet the children’s needs in every way possible with feedback throughout the day how little one is doing. Reasonable rate per hour. My little one is always happy on arrival & collection. Happy parent & toddler x

After being messed around by previous childminder I was very anxious about trying again with another provider however Hayley has been amazing and very helpful. My little one looks forward to going on his days which is a relief and I get regular updates a photos which also puts my mind at ease. Hayley is very helpful and has been flexible when I’ve need to change days or add extra time. I couldn’t ask for more. I would Highly recommend. Amazing service and lovely lady.

My daughter has been coming to Hayley since April 2020 and it's honestly the best decision I made.
Hayley is so patient, caring and supportive to both the children and parents. She regularly keeps me updated throughout the day. They do lots of crafts, cooking and spend a lot of time outdoors which I love. It really is a lovely, nurturing environment she has created.
It's going to be sad when my daughter leaves to go to nursery. However, my son will soon start when i go back to work and it is a weight off my shoulders to know how well he will be looked after.
I would highly recommend.

My oldest boy started out with a childminder, that Hayley was an assistant to. And when she left I was very happy to follow her, as I had 2 boys then. My oldest is now at school, and attends part time, but my youngest has also been with her from the start and has a smile on his face every morning going to her. She's always been so kind and friendly and understanding of each child's needs. I also have another baby on the way and to know she'll be going to hayley is a relief. I would definitely recommend Hayley to anyone as she is an excellent childminder, and so glad we found her.
