About Me
I currently work full time for a Children's Charity working with Neurodivergent young people.
I will be going on maternity leave from April until the following February and hope to pick up some self employed babysitting during this time.
Please reach out for any evening babysitting opportunities or regular school drop offs/ pick ups from September 2024. (This is under the proviso that my little one may need to accompany me on the school runs dependant on my partners shifts.)
I have a recent DBS certificate and am subscribed to the update service.
My Experience
During the pandemic, I nannied for a couple with 2 children under 8 4 days a week. We have taken part in multiple activities and gone on several adventures as well as tackling home learning!
For 3 years prior to this, I worked as a teaching assistant at an outstanding school in the South West before relocating to Newcastle. There, I worked with a range of children from EYFS up to 11 including many with special educational needs. From September 2020-February 2022 I worked at a Secondary school where I was a progress tutor specialising in English and Science. In addition to this, I have worked at both a play centre (primarily with nursery aged children) and a holiday club resulting in a wide range of childcare experience and a skill set to work with a range of requirements. Currently, I Work with for a Children's charity coordinating and running neurodivergent and mental health related projects.

Certificate in Higher Education (Biomedicine) (Level 4 Qualification)
My Availability
January 2024-April 2024 Evenings from 7pm,
Weekends (all day),
April 2024-August 2024 no service.
August 2024-February 2025
All Day Service (own child may be present hence negotiable rates.)

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Rates are negotiable, I will be having a baby Spring 2024 and there may be some instances where the baby is required to attend jobs with myself, reduced rates will be offered in these circumstances.
Fuel costs to be covered by parents when travelling to activities.
Cost of activities to be covered by parent/ carer.
My own car will be used.
