About Me
I am an experienced Primary School Teacher, Maths Leader and Tutor currently teaching Year 6, with teaching experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, strengthen core skills and make strong academic progress.
I deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that are carefully adapted to suit each child’s individual needs. With a secure understanding of the National Curriculum, I support pupils in developing fluency in Maths, strong reading comprehension skills, accurate SPaG knowledge and confident writing.

My Experience
Alongside classroom teaching, I have extensive tutoring experience supporting pupils with SATs preparation, 11+ entrance exams and general academic support. I have delivered 6+ Summer School programmes focused on reasoning skills, exam technique and time management, helping pupils feel prepared and confident when approaching assessments.
I have also worked as an Assistant Manager at a tuition centre, supporting Year 3 and Year 4 pupils while mentoring other tutors and helping to maintain high standards of teaching and learning. This role strengthened my ability to design targeted interventions and personalised learning plans based on each pupil’s needs.
Beyond academic tutoring, I have worked as a Summer School Activity Leader, creating enrichment activities that develop teamwork, independence and curiosity. I have also delivered online tutoring for students in China, which strengthened my adaptability and ability to support learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
In addition, I have taken part in Year 6 writing moderation sessions organised by Southwark Council, giving me a strong understanding of Key Stage 2 writing standards and assessment criteria. This allows me to guide pupils effectively towards achieving the Expected Standard and Greater Depth in their writing.
My tutoring approach is supportive, structured and tailored to each child, ensuring lessons are engaging while helping pupils make clear academic progress.

I tutor on weekdays and weekends during term time only. I am unavailable during the school holidays.

- Tutoring from £60.00 per hour
As a qualified Primary School Teacher, I provide high-quality, structured tuition tailored to each child’s individual needs.
£60 per hour – In-person sessions (London)
£55 per hour – Online sessions
