About Me
I am 21 years old and I live in Hull where I am currently studying. When I am not studying I enjoy going out for days out with my friends, spending time with my family and dog and cooking. I am warm, friendly, enthusiastic and a huge people person. I am not afraid to get messy, out of my comfort zone, and adapt to new situations. I have always felt fulfilled being around children, I believe I thrive when I can help them discover the world around them and help achieve their goals.
My Experience
I am a 3rd year University student studying Education with Special Needs. I have extensive experience working with children with additional needs such as autism, including non-verbal children. I have worked at 3 different specialist schools as a teaching assistant across Hull and Leeds and I do hope to one day become an educator in this field. I also have a lot of general babysitting experience, I have undertaken regular babysitting work for the same family since 2018, including overnight help, school pick-ups and days out. I love getting to know children and seeing their development, every small win should be celebrated.
My Qualifications
I have my GCSE’s and A Levels, and I am currently undertaking an undergraduate degree. I also hold a DBS.
