She is very attentive to our child’s needs and has built a lovely relationship with our daughter (and ourselves). Natasha is always organised with planning activities and day trips out. Our daughter is always very happy after spending time with Natasha

Failed to show up for a shift with no notice and didn't respond to our attempts to contact her. Prior to this, she had completed a few shifts with us.

We booked Natasha for one day when we needed urgent childcare, however, we soon found ourselves asking her help more regularly as she was so great with our children.
The kid’s always have so much fun in her company. Natasha is very reassuring by sending photos videos what they get up to. She attended playgroups, read at the library, create fun scavenger hunts as well as relax play at our home.
