Hello :), my name is Alex. Thank you so much for taking your time to look at my profile. I am a kind, caring and bubbly individual with a genuine passion for nurturing and supporting children. With over 5 years of work experience, I have had the privilege of working with children aged 4 to 15. I’ve taught dance classes, served as an after-school activity assistant in a primary school and worked as a child minder.
One of my favourite activities is baking and I love sharing this passion with kids!! Whether we’re making cookies, cupcakes or trying new recipes, it’s a wonderful way to bond and create fun memories.
I believe in the importance of spending time outdoors. I enjoy taking children on adventures, exploring nature, playing games and encouraging them to stay active and curious.
Currently, I am on my placement year in the NHS while studying at the University of Bath. This experience has taught me valuable skills in patience, empathy and responsibility, which I bring to my babysitting role.
I thoroughly enjoy working with others. Working with children provides me with a feeling of pride knowing that I am able to share my knowledge and experiences with them in the same way that they will with me. I see working with children as a privilege as I get to observe there development and growth.

My Experience
Over the last two years I have provided babysitting services for children after school, evenings and on the weekends. I have babysat for families with up to 3 children ranging in ages from infants to pre-teens. Preparing both healthy meals and snacks, running fun and educational activities, following parents' instructions all whilst ensuring the Childs safety and well being as my number one priority when caring for these children. I also have experience as an after school activity supervisor in a primary school where I assisted in leading after school as well as before school clubs including: cooking, prep and play, music and drama and outdoor play. The skills and services which I can offer is: babysitting and childcare, healthy cooking and meal prep, kitchen clean up, special dietary needs, bathing, craft and educational games, homework help and tutoring.

10 GCSEs: Math 7 (A), Biology 7 (A), Chemistry 8 (A*), Physics 7 (A), English literature 6 (B), English Language 6 (B) , Physical Education 7 (A), Geography 6 (B), Drama 6 (B) and Dance 7 (A)
A-levels: Business- A*, Psychology - B and Physical Education A*
Currently studying towards a bachelor of science in health and exercise science at the University of Bath.
Other Qualifications: Full manual UK drivers license held for over 4 years, basic first aid training and enhanced DBS check
