About Me
I am a 25 year old graduate who studied Politics and International relations at Sussex and hope to complete a Masters in Global/Public Health. I am currently open to ad hoc babysitting and tutoring to work around my current schedule but remain flexible in my availability. I love reading, taking care of my houseplants and expanding my cultural knowledge, often through visiting exhibitions in galleries and museums.
I am available in London and I enjoy encouraging the children I work with to play with arts and crafts, explore nature and develop their language skills. I am also comfortable and experienced caring for children who are neurodivergent. This is something I am passionate about as I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD throughout my childhood and so I have direct experience regarding the importance of empathetic and adaptable childcare approaches. I am responsible and friendly and enjoy trying craft projects and spending time looking after plants. I enjoy looking after children and also have an enhanced DBS check from March 2023.
I have a strong grasp on conversational French and Spanish and have found this useful in encouraging the learning of foreign languages. I have found that many children enjoy when you engage them mentally as well as physically so I like to encourage exploring outdoors and understanding nature in an informative and fun way.
I do not currently drive.
My Experience
I have prior experience as a nanny/au pair along with 6 years of formal babysitting experience due to taking on these roles part time while studying my undergraduate degree. This included children as young as 1 years old to aged 11. I used B*bble as a babysitter between 2019-2023 and maintained a 98% approval rating.
As someone who comes from a large family I am confident with children of all ages. I have significant informal babysitting experience by virtue of having two younger siblings myself and a number of younger cousins that I have long cared for as an ad hoc babysitter.
I also have experience supporting children and teenagers with tutoring as I mentored throughout school and volunteered with CoachBright to teach A-Level Sociology and GCSE English Literature and Language in 2023. This allowed me to further develop the skills that I gained while I volunteered as a mentor during sixth form. I emotionally and academically supported secondary school aged children, including those with conditions such as dyslexia and ASD.
I don’t drive but I’m happy to use public transport to commute when needed.

My Qualifications

I received training in my volunteer role with CoachBright in Safeguarding for Adults and Children and completed a Care Certificate course in June 2020.
I have an Enhanced DBS Check from 2023 and have begun the process of obtaining a new one (as of 2026).
My Availability
I am flexible in my availability but I am currently open to ad hoc and part time babysitting and tutoring roles.
Due to the flexibility of my schedule, I am often able to help with last minute childcare needs so please feel free to get in touch?
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.50 per hour
£16.50 p/h for babysitting and tutoring.
£20 p/h during weekends and school holidays.
Overnight sit fees dependent on requirements on the role, please message to discuss interest.
I also offer concessions for individuals and families who are low income and require additional support.
