My Experience

I have worked in the leadership and management team for 3 years and have established the skills and technic to maintain a high-quality learning environment for children and a consistent set team. I have worked in partnership with outside agencies and parents to ensure each child has the best opportunities. I have developed great skills in marketing and budgeting as I managed the intake of children. I am very reliable keeping up to date with resources and stock. I had sole responsibility of pay role, shifts and staff recruitment and loved building up a relationship with new employees. I took great pride in everything I do and I’m able. to manage daily, weekly and monthly targets. I enjoyed reflecting and developing actions plans with my team, getting feedback from parent forums, verbal communication and other perks of partnership we created together. I built up an amazing professional relationship with parents and knew they were comforted from the improvements of the setting.
