About Me
Hi, my name is Rachel. I’m 35 and just had my first child after many years of trying, I have managed to help two anonymous couples to have a baby. I taught English at secondary school level for 12 years. I am trained to work with children that have additional needs and my sister has cerebral palsy and epilepsy so I have lots of experience helping her to grow into a strong, independent woman. I have worked with children of all ages. I worked as a nanny and child entertainer at a five star holiday resort in France.
My Experience
As mentioned I have a lot of experience and passion when it comes to children of all ages. I have qualifications as a Secondary school Teacher, Early years teaching, Forest school experience and
take a lot of ideas from the Montessori way of play and development, working as a housekeeper and have a DBS and first aid qualifications and I’m trained as a life guard. I am passionate about developing children into independent lifelong learners that have a passion for achieving and doing well. I have also worked as a residential support worker in Birmingham children’s home.
