About Me
My name is Aisha and I am an ofsted registered childminder, based in Hulme.
I have four children, three girls and one boy. I love working with children as I find them fascinating, they are often curious little human beings! Children never fail to amuse me, they always have a million questions for us. I encourage the children in my care to learn through play. I have created an environment that is safe, calm and engaging.
I like children to have new experiences through trips such as going to the local supermarket, park and library. I am fortunate enough to live in an area that has lots of local attractions such as universities, art galleries and museums. I would use this to my benefit by allowing children to explore these attractions and open a door for potential learning.
I am familiar with the EYFS framework and the national curriculum. I use this to help me plan my resources, activities and next steps. I love creating a stimulating environment that courages children to reach their full potential. I focus on prime areas such as developing their speech and language, physical and emotional development in the younger years of childhood. I give children plenty of time to develop these skills through fun activities including rhyme time, pass the parcel and story time.
As a mother, I have learnt to be very patient, flexible and compassionate. I understand the importance of understanding the needs of children. I offer care that is inclusive and adaptable. I try my best to meet the needs of children by offering them a variety of experiences and opportunities. I follow the practices in EYFS and this is implemented in my care.
I offer structure and routine as this is helpful in settling children. It is important that the children in my care are aware of what to expect next, as they often benefit from having structure and routine.
My Experience
I have paediatric first aid training which allows me to carry out appropriate first aid when required. I am familiar with how to use an epi-pen in an allergic reaction.

Aisha has been amazing with my children and very supportive with childcare arrangements. She is caring, reliable and keeps good communication throughout. My children feel comfortable and happy in her care, and I appreciate how flexible and understanding she has been. I would definitely recommend her to other parents.

Aisha is absolutely incredible and truly stands out from every other childminder. The love, care, patience, and dedication she shows to the children is unmatched. Everything my son has learned, the confidence he has gained, and the way he has grown is all thanks to Aisha and her wonderful assistant. My son talks about aisha’s house like it’s his second home, and that alone says everything about how loved, safe, and happy the children feel in their care. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them, they genuinely care for every child as if they were their own. Aisha always goes above and beyond to help and support you however she can. I couldn’t recommend Aisha highly enough to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing, trustworthy, and loving environment for their child.

Aisha has been my childminder for the past month for my 9 year old child. Honestly i cannot even put into words how amazing she has been! She has accomodated last minute childminding, she has picked my son up from his after school club and then dropped him to me after she has childminded him. Due to my health, i used Aisha’s services alot this month and she was so sensitive towards my situation and helped me alot. Guys if you are looking for a trustworthy person to childmind your children, please do pick Aisha. Honestly so amazing at what she does and makes life so much easier so thank you Aisha! Especially since i have anxiety with childminders and my son has learning difficulties, he loves coming to yours and even requests weekends to go and play with your children! You are my regular childminder now and i cannot appreciate you enough! ❤️

Aisha was absolutely wonderful with my 3-year-old son. She creates such a warm and caring environment for children where they feel safe every day. We’ve used Aisha before and she was absolutely brilliant with our daughter. She’s really friendly, easy to talk to, and Cece loved spending time with her. She kept her busy with fun activities and often took her out to the park, which she really enjoyed. It was lovely knowing she was being so well looked after and having a great time too. Would definitely recommend!

Aisha is a wonderful woman. She has experience and skills to connect with children and my son trusts her and feels secure in her care.
She takes time to play and understand children.
Aisha has also been so supportive and reliable. She has been available even with short notice and outside of her work schedule.
I highly recommend Aisha as a childminder.

Aisha is honestly a gem, she was just a phone call away, she assisted me even when I was last minute and my schedule was very hectic during the school holidays, my two children adore aisha and I appreciate her so much. My children were always well fed, comforted, and enjoyed every bit of there day with her. Would absolutely recommend to everyone .
