Overcharging and greedy childminder BEWARE!!

If you have childcare funding for your child please double check what you're entitled per month!
This childminder has been trying to overcharge me and then adds additional money onto your fees if you change your hours to cover what's she's missing.
My child is entitled to 15hours funding and Fatima was trying to overcharge me 100s, if I didn't check the fees myself I wouldn't have noticed and just paid it. Please be aware, she also has her husband do pickups etc without discussing with you prior. Very concerning as a parent and very greedy. I have a gut feeling she is also scamming other parents and overcharging them.

Thank you for raising your concerns. I want to reassure you that I have always charged based on my fixed rates, which include additional costs for any work outside the free funded hours, and these were clearly communicated and discussed with you several times.

Due to ongoing misunderstandings, I felt it was in our best interests to end our arrangement and provided the required notice, which we mutually agreed upon. Regarding my assistant (my husband), while he occasionally assists with drop-offs (with your prior knowledge), he has never collected your child without discussion.

I wish you the best luck in finding prices that are more suitable for you in the future unfortunetly knowing you beleive otherwise i could no longer contunue with my services however I'd like for you to feel assured this was not the case as my prices have remained the same for years as i do take great pride in the work I do and charge reasonably for the high-quality care I provide.
