Hi! My name is Gilly. Scottish born, I have been living in the US for the last 14 years, and have recently moved back for (part-time) study. In my free time you will find me taking walks in the woods, cooking (I'm currently learning how to make sourdough!) playing music on my guitar and drum, and drawing - mostly funny animal creatures.
I regularly practice meditation and yoga and love to share this with others!
My Experience
I have taught yoga, mindfulness, and breathing for little - and not so little - ones for the last 10 years within schools and in private households.
My Qualifications
I am a certified yoga instructor for adults and wee ones and have completed Mindful Schools Sanfrancisco youth training.
My Availability
I am available weekdays (2 full days a week, or if we live close by, I can do multiple days per week for shorter time periods. I am also available for weekends, however my course is a couple of weekends a month, so I need to work around that.
I am available for weekly/daily yoga and mindfulness classes, or nanny work where I will bring those activities into the day
