About Me
My name is Makia and I am 21. I have a gorgeous little baby boy of my own who is 8 months old and I’m looking to return to work after my maternity leave. I worked in a crèche for 3 years previous to having my little boy but the hours/days are not longer right for us as a family.
My Experience
I have previously helped my mum out as she was a nanny and now does fostering. I also babysit my nephew a lot as his parents work, we also have foster children in my household so I am around children a lot. I have worked in a crèche for 3 and also do babysitting for hotel guests. I have my level 2 safeguarding, paediatric first aid and also other courses like food safety etc. Reference available upon request I also have an enhanced dbs and would be happy to become ofsted registered if needed.
My Qualifications
I have passed all my gcses and also have a btec in sport and am a qualified pt.
I may not have qualifications at the moment for childcare but I believe experience/having a way with children is more important
My Availability
Monday-Friday but ideally would like to work 3 days a week don’t mind the odd overtime if needed
