About Me
My husband and I are musicians and we gig full time, mostly evenings and late nights! We have 2 boys aged 6 and 5 and a baby girl aged 6 months. 5 year old boy is SEN, he is autistic and is preverbal, he says a lot of words and phrases but still can't have a direct conversation or answer to questions etc so he would be classed as non verbal to a lot...but is coming on by the week at the moment. He will sometimes stim loudly and he likes bouncing around and playing on his spinny chair etc, hes a very happy child and doesnt tend to have any meltdowns at all. He does require an "eye" on him at all times when he is awake, but we keep locks on the doors into the kitchen and the bathroom so that he can't go in and do anything crazy, like decide to have water play on his own for eg! ? Our 6 year old talks just fine...a lot! He is super inquisitive and loves to play with his cars and trucks and talk about them. The baby is just a "dream baby" in the sense that she is very happy and content and she has just started babbling and running around in her walker! She is breastfed exclusively and will drink pumped milk from a bottle fine, she has also just started some solids like baby porridge and fruit pouches etc.
My Requirements
With us being musicians, we gig a lot on the weekends, some Friday and Saturday evenings, some saturday afternoons and some sunday evenings...sometimes coming home up to 2am! We require an experienced babysitter to look after our 3 children in our home in Hoylake and settle them for bed (baby can stay downstairs with you and still sleep in her bassinet pram until our return) until our return home. We do have a regular babysitter who is amazing with the children, but she isn't always available so I'm seeing if there are more options as we regulalty get last minute work come in too.
