-My name is Lenka, I am 51 years old, and as a mother of two children and a grandmother of one, I have great experience in the field of childcare. I truly love working with young kids, and I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach.
-I'm here to help parents every step of the way, to help them understand their child’s changing needs as they gain independence.
I am a punctual and reliable person who is well organised and who can face ad-hoc situations as well. Work independently and completing given tasks the best is obvious for me.

My Experience
-Actually I am working at Kindergarten Salford Royal, as qualify Nursery Practitioner and I am running business Babysitting since 2020. I have a lot of experience working with toddlers, preschools age and children under 11 years old.
-I can provide maintain a safe play environment, observe and monitor children's activities, instruct children in health and personal habits, organised daily schedules, prepare meal and snacks. I feel sure that children require boundaries, discipline and rules should be put in place for children to adhere .I like to interact and communicate with children, encouraging them to reach their full potential, spend time out ,support them sport and fun physical activity.

Lenka took care of my 11 month old baby with great responsibility and care. I came from US for an exam for a week and wanted someone to take care of my little one.In such short span, Lenka gave me great confidence and I felt that my kid was in safe hands.She was patient with my kid and walked her to nearby museum and parks. She was always on time and fed her dressed her so well. Thank you Lenka for your service!

Lenka has been working for over a year. She has been very professional throughout and my kids love having her around. She is punctual, reliable and helps with little extras such as school pick ups and meal preps for the kids. She also plays games with them in the garden, takes and takes them to the park where possible.
I know my kids are in safe hands with her and enjoys her company as they regularly inform me they spend time on craft activity, games etc. I highly recommend her and has never let me down once!

Lenka had been baby-sitting my son after school and on some weekends, he really enjoyed her company, as she prepared creative activities for him and they got on very well. She's very professional and communicates well.
