-Actually, I am working at Kindergarten Salford as a qualified Nursery Practitioner with flexible working hours, and I have been running the business Babysitting since 2020. I have extensive experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, and children under 14.
-I can maintain a safe play environment, observe and monitor children's activities, instruct children in health and personal habits, organise daily schedules, prepare meals and snacks. I feel sure that children require boundaries, discipline, and rules to be put in place so they can adhere. I like to interact with children, encouraging them to reach their full potential, spend time outdoors, and support them in sports and other fun physical activities.

Her care goes far beyond her professional role, she brings genuine love, dedication, and thoughtfulness to every child she supports.
Lenka is also a dedicated fundraiser for our charity, actively helping us raise support for children through scholarships and international programmes. Lenka is amazing! Me and the girls took a liking to her straight away nothing but professionalism on arrival. She reassured me more then enough and helped me by establishing more boundaries needed to be put in place, overall great and will definitely be booking in with her again bless her heart.

I have found Lenka here on childcare and she has been exclusively babysitting our 8 month old girl.
She is extremely reliable and always tries her best to accommodate for last minute requests as well as sessions planned months in advance, which is super helpful to be able to book events such as concerts well in advance and to have piece of mind.
She babysits for us both during the day when I I am doing keep in touch days working both home and out and about (I am in a sales leadership position). She also supports us in the evenings and we have always had a very positive experience.
I appreciate Lenka's interest in likes/dislikes and routines of Josepine and her very kind and calm approach to Josephine. The get along very well and my daughter likes to spend time with Lenka. I also appreciate Lenka's proactive photo updates as well as her responsiveness when I need reassurance everything is well.
Despite the fact that I always offer Lenka to make herself at home, have a coffee/tea and use our TV, she usually comes with a book and a snack for herself and leaves the house in a very clean condition.
