About Me

Hi! My name is Sofia, I’m 24 years old and I’m from Portugal. I’m currently living in SW London working as a quality engineer.

I'm available all day on Fridays and weekends, and from 7pm onwards during weekdays.

I’m energetic, funny, and kind, always with a big sense of responsibility. I love pets so if you have any, I’d be more than happy to look after them as well. My Experience

I have experience with private tutoring from my previous position at a study centre in Portugal, where I taught English to children aged 5 to 12.

Moreover, during my time studying for my Master's in Newcastle, I looked after a 1-year-old boy for 6 months. This involved preparing meals, engaging in playtime, going for walks, and putting him to bed.

Additionally, in my previous role in the Cotswolds, I cared for children aged 5 and 7, as well as two 10-month-old babies.

I am comfortable at tasks such as bathing, meal preparation, and assisting with schoolwork.

My Qualifications

BSE degree Biomedical Engineering and Biophysics - University of Lisbon (2017 - 2020)
MSc degree Biomedical Engineering - Newcastle University (2020 - 2021)
English certificate - IELTS 7.5
Linguistic: Portuguese (native), English (fluent), Spanish (intermediate)
