I have experience working with children from newborn to 15 years old and I have cared for multiple children at the same time. I love taking care of children as I love playing with them, reading them books and just giving them a lot of love :)
I am Paediatric First Aid trained and DBS checked, and I have excellent references from previous families.
I am looking to work with a lovely family who is patient and happy to teach me everything about their family and children as every family is different and does things in their own way!

My rates
* £18/hour – weekday nannying
* £20/hour – evenings and weekend babysitting
Late evenings
Bookings finishing after 10pm may be charged at a slightly higher rate.
Overnight care
A flat overnight fee applies, to be agreed in advance depending on the hours and responsibilities involved.
Cancellations
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed booking, and same-day cancellations may be charged at 100%.
Booking policy
I charge for the full time booked, even if you return earlier than scheduled, as the agreed time is reserved exclusively for your family.
As I don’t drive yet, I would need the location to be within a reasonable and reliable distance by public transport. I’m happy to travel to families within a suitable commuting distance.
I am based in Arbury.
My Experience
I first started working with children of different age by teaching English to children in Spain.
Then I moved to UK in 2020, where I worked as an au pair for two families, caring for children from 1 to 10 years old. I have also worked in different nurseries, where I got experience caring for babies from 4 months old as well as children up to 3 years.
Over the past 6 years, I have cared for children of different ages, from young babies and toddlers to school-aged children. I always aim to create a warm, safe and happy environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
My experience includes:
* Providing sole care of babies and toddlers, including meeting their individual needs throughout the day
* Preparing healthy meals and snacks suitable for the children
* Managing nap and sleep routines
* Planning and enjoying age-appropriate developmental and educational activities
* Taking children to and from nursery and school
* Organising fun activities, playdates and outings to parks, libraries, soft plays and other places
* Supporting children’s daily routines, including mealtimes, bath time, bedtime and getting ready for the day
* Caring confidently for multiple children simultaneously, while making sure each child receives individual attention and care
I really enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and understanding their personality, interests and routines
I really enjoy creating a strong connection with the children I care for and I’m still in touch with many of the families I’ve worked with!
My Qualifications
I have learnt what I know through my hands-on experience working with families and children of different ages.
I am qualified in Paediatric First Aids.

We hired Marisol to watch our one-year-old for a few days, and she was absolutely wonderful! It’s always a bit nerve-wracking leaving a toddler with a new person, but our child warmed up to her immediately. They had so much fun together, and I could tell Marisol was truly engaged and attentive. She was very responsible and carefully followed our child’s routine. Marisol even managed to get him to do all his naps, which we consider an advanced move, as it is not easy to get him to sleep.
Overall, we highly recommend her!

Marisol was fantastic with my children, they absolutely loved her immediately and did not want her to leave afterwards. She has a nice attitude to kids, very positive and understanding both with younger kids and teenagers. I am very happy to have contacted her and I would totally recommend her. Trustworthy, punctual, full of initiative and big smiles.
