The best full time nanny

Melissa Stanley was our full-time nanny for three years, from July 2023 to Feb 2026, and we could not recommend her more highly.
Melissa is a born nurturer, teacher and gentle leader. With her Montessori background, she has an exceptional ability to create an environment where children can learn new skills, build confidence and develop independence, all while feeling happy, secure and loved. She brings a wonderful sense of playfulness to everything she does.
Our two boys instantly clicked with Melissa, and she quickly became an incredibly important part of their lives — and of our family.
During her time with us, Melissa taught them countless skills, including learning to read, riding a bike, sewing and potty training, to name just a few. What makes her particularly special, however, is the way she connects with children. She has an incredible ability to hold their attention, understand what they need and encourage them with calmness, patience and warmth. Under her care, our boys became more confident, capable and enthusiastic learners.
Melissa became part of our family and continues to be so. We miss having her with us very much and feel incredibly privileged to have had her care for and influence our boys during such important years of their lives.
We would recommend Melissa wholeheartedly to any family looking for a warm, capable, trustworthy and exceptionally nurturing nanny.
