My Experience

I am a Highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic professional with 14 years of experience within Private Households, this includes: Nannying, Personal Assisting, Housekeeping, Supporting and Organising busy children and family lives, with a focus on educating Children and boosting their knowledge, etiquette and life skills.

I am a very reliable and responsible woman who'll be able to make a positive Impact on your familiy and apply my techniques and approach. I’ve helped over 35 families from all different nationalities, religions and beliefs, caring for children from 7 months old to 19 year olds! I'm able to integrate seamlessly adapt to you families routine fairly quickly.

Through my experience and structured routine I support academic progression of all levels and general development through structured routines.
My approach to my role is rooted in a secure attachment relationship while providing a secure environment where children feel safe, nurtured and supported to thrive.

With older children I focus my attention and support in their homework & help prepare for exams; Maths, English, Verbal & Non reasoning (if desired!) I motivate and encourage children's self-confidence positively to best facilitate their academic goals and maintain high communication with teachers & parents.

I am confident in supporting babies & toddlers each stage of their development through age-appropriate educational and sensory activities, reading, music and play. I encourage independent play and provide activities that develop both fine and gross motor skills, helping babies build their confidence, coordination and independence.
One of the most rewarding parts of the role is being there for those special milestones; helping and watching them take their first steps, crawl, their first words & potty training! I also have plenty of experience with weaning & introducing new foods.

I believe being outdoors is an important part of children’s development, so I regularly incorporate walks, parks, playgroups and other age-appropriate outings into their day, always creating a happy, stimulating and safe environment in which they can learn, thrive and most importantly stay active!

I worked as a Nursery Teacher for 2 years, I find routine, structure and time is very important… I use these techniques now which allows children to develop more efficiently in a consistent environment, ideally following the British Curriculum, Steiner, Waldorf or Montessori approach.

I’m experienced in House Management and Personal Assistance - I'm happy to help with errands: grocery shopping (online or shop), diary management, party planning, holiday planning, research, organising children’s activities, creating inventories/reports, paying bills, handling builders/fixtures/issues and including housekeeping to a high standard. keep the working environment presentable and organised at all times..
I treat my employers home like my own and ensuring we are always stocked up with everything we need.

As mentioned, I take pride in cooking delicious food and can create and organise nutritional weekly meal plans and Allow families and children to explore diverse food and dishes, also taking allergies into consideration; nuts, gluten ect.
