Excellent childminder

I met Meredith in March 2022. After speaking to multiple different childminders and visiting their homes, I felt most comfortable and welcomed after meeting with her. She initially was looking after my first child. I have since had another child, which she also now looks after.
The love and care she has for my children I know is genuine. I have so much confidence and trust in her. It is very obvious Meredith has a genuine love for children. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about their care and development. She documents well. Her communication is so thorough. She takes the children's places daily. My son looks forward to spending the school holidays with her because he knows his days will be very eventful. There will always be a host of different activities, educational and recreational.

Her setting is very clean, safe and organised. I have observed the children interacting with each other frequently. They are all very loving, respectful and accommodating of each other. She is fair always. My children have picked up so much positive things under her care. She advises and makes recommendations on things that I have applied in my home.

Meredith is professional. Frequently, she has been very flexible and accommodating with me and my changing needs. She is very empathetic and compassionate, overall, just a decent human being. I have no reservations about recommending her.
