About Me
We are a family of four, with a love of creativity, nature, and learning.
My Requirements
We are seeking a regular night nanny to look after our 3 month old for one night each week.
We are not trying to 'sleep train' our baby, and we do not use 'cry it out' methods. Our has a solid overnight rhythm we want to support and reinforce, and help to restore if brain leaps / sleep regressions affect this.
The perfect candidate will:
- have previous experience with babies of this age and an understanding of baby/child development
- have great references
- be a gentle, calm and resilient presence
- be friendly and make a connection with our 4 year old when she's around
- have an up to date DBS check and first aid training

CVad is a reliable, trustworthy child-carer. She created a joyful, loving relationship with our baby, bringing out her personality, and nurturing her ability to be sociable, happy, adventurous and confident.

She was always punctual, and kind not only with our baby, but with us first time parents, too!
Grace helped us to take care of our baby when we were in St Leonard's for a couple of weeks. She was able to quickly form a bond, and had just the right way of stimulating her playfulness and curiosity, with encouragement and genuine tenderness. Grace also took care of some naps and a couple of night time wakings, watching for what would be most helpful to let our baby be her best and happiest (and sometimes snooziest) self.
