About Me

Hello, my name is Martina, I live in Hackney and I am Italian! I am a nanny, I’m currently working with two families, looking after toddlers, and I’m here to find some extra hours in the evenings/weekends to do some occasional babysitting!

I moved to London in August 2019 and I was a live in nanny for 3 years with the same family. I looked after two kids, a boy who was 3 years old and a girl who was 8 years old at the time I arrived. I normally played with them with Legos, cars, puzzles, board games, we would draw, paint, do DIYs and I’d take them to the park and museums quite often; I also did nights, cooked for the family and chores.

About 4 years ago I had to move out unfortunately and since then I’ve been offering different childcare services and worked with 20+ families with kids of all ages, but especially babies under 2yo.
I have experience with bottle and solids feeding, cooking nutritional meals, changing nappies, giving baths, entertaining without screens with toys, books and songs, putting them down for naps, resettling, going on walks around London or to soft play, baby cafes and farms, and in general respecting their routine.
