I am a doctor and my partner is a musician and we have a 5 month old daughter.

We do not require regular childcare because my partner mostly works weekends and I work during the week, however he often tours and is out of the country for weeks at a time and I work long on call shifts occasionally. We will need childcare occasionally at weekends and overnight. We are also considering having regular childcare on Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
