About Me
I live with my husband and son in Fulford and we enjoy going away as often as we can in our motor home and taking long walks in the country side. We also enjoy bike riding within our beautiful city and i use my bike on a daily basis to go to work, so it is important that any employment is close.
When I get the opportunity i enjoy relaxing with a book and sometimes a small glass of red wine.
Surfing the internet and trying to keep up-to-date with technology and watching dramas with my husband on an evening is how i like to unwind.
My Experience
I have over 25 years experience of working with predominately hard to reach vulnerable children, young people, women and families. This has been mainly within a residential setting but also in the community.
I have in my past roles had to engage with children and parents and build a good rapport in order to gain their trust and confidence, so enabling them to discuss any difficult issues.
I have also organized various activities and outings for the children and women. This has included doing activities to celebrate cultural celebrations taking into account people’s religious beliefs and being inclusive.

NVQ III in care
My Availability
i am available most days from first thing in the morning to about 6pm apart from Thursday when i have to go and do shopping and help with some household chores of an elderly lady in my local community. Ideally i would like part time hours, but i am flexible on

- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)
