My Experience

I am a dedicated and hardworking professional with several years of experience in leadership, organisation, and communication within a fast-paced childcare environment. Prior to maternity leave, I worked as a Room Manager for five years, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff teams, maintaining records, and ensuring a high standard of care and organisation across both baby and toddler rooms.
I was previously employed as a room manager at the Northolt setting. I am now currently employed at the High Wycombe branch, as an Early Years Educator. Within my role, I provide support to staff members within the setting, as well as families and children. Part of my role at Hungry Caterpillars Day Nurseries is entertaining the children and providing them with engaging and positive education during their early years. I have completed my level 3 qualification within the company and have a passion for helping and supporting children and their families. Since working here, I have also completed a mental health and well-being course, meaning I am also a mental health first aider. During my time at the nursery, I have kept my first aid training up to date and have also previously held the responsibility of ensuring that all of the first aid medical boxes and fire evacuation bags are kept fully stocked and up to date.
