About Me
Hello, my name is Hannah. I am 25 years old and live in Worthing, West Sussex.
I am a hardworking, honest, and reliable individual who takes pride in everything I do. I would describe myself as friendly, approachable, caring, and someone who enjoys making people feel welcome and supported. I have a good sense of humour and believe that creating positive relationships with others is one of the most important parts of both life and work.
My family and friends are a huge part of my life, and I value the time I spend with the people closest to me. I have always been someone who enjoys caring for others, whether that is through my relationships, my work, or the way I support those around me.
Throughout my working life, I have gained experience supporting children of a wide range of ages, from Reception through to secondary school. I have enjoyed creating fun, safe, and inclusive environments where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop new skills. I have experience planning and organising activities, supporting different needs, communicating with families, and adapting to different situations.
I am a very creative person and enjoy arts and crafts, painting, colouring, and trying new creative projects. I also enjoy baking, upcycling, and adding my own personal touches to things.
I love travelling and exploring new places, with France being a particularly special part of my life. I have always enjoyed visiting France, experiencing different cultures, and making memories along the way.
Outside of work, I spend lots of time with my dog Milo, who is a big part of my everyday life. Whether we’re going on muddy walks in the rain, exploring new places, or just enjoying the fun and chaos he brings, I love the adventures and memories we make together.
I am always keen to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
My Experience
Throughout my experience, I have worked with children and young people across a wide range of ages, from Reception through to secondary school. I have supported children in both school and community settings, creating safe, welcoming, and engaging environments where they can learn, play, express themselves, and build confidence.
In my role for Premier Education Wraparound Care, I support children from Reception to Year 6 within a breakfast and after-school club environment. I am responsible for creating and delivering activities, supporting children’s individual needs, encouraging positive behaviour, communicating with parents and carers, and ensuring children feel safe, included, and valued. I continue to develop strong organisational skills through planning activities, managing routines, and adapting to the needs of different children.
Previously, I worked as a Youth Support Worker at Lancing Youth Hub, supporting young people aged 10–17. This role involved building positive relationships with young people, creating activities, encouraging confidence, and providing a safe space where they could socialise and express themselves. I also contributed to improving the environment by supporting fundraising, organising activities, developing creative spaces, and helping create opportunities for young people within the community.
Alongside my paid work, volunteering has always been an important part of my life. I have supported children through school-based activities, community groups, and local clubs. I currently volunteer with GIG Buddies, supporting adults with different mental health challenges by spending time together, going on day trips, and helping create positive experiences that encourage confidence, independence, and connection.
Across my roles, I have developed strong communication, teamwork, organisation, creativity, and problem-solving skills. I am confident supporting individuals with different personalities, abilities, and needs, and I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and caring in everything I do.

My Availability
Availability
I am available Monday to Friday and can also be available for occasional weekend work and during holiday periods. I am generally flexible with my availability and can accommodate different working hours with sufficient notice and advance organisation. With prior planning, I am happy to discuss and support additional hours when required.
