Currently studying MBA from Ulster University where I opted modules Managing People in the Organisation, Leadership, and Change, Operations Management & Economics, and the Business Environment for the first semester. In the leadership and change module, the effective leadership skills covered and key theories for leadership and their effective application in leading organizational change.
Apart from studying I am working in the Henderson group with Spar where I Work closely with colleagues, maintaining strong communication to manage workloads and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Able to remain calm and positive during peak periods, ensuring customers receive the best service. Responsible for providing excellent customer service & adhere to health and safety policies.
My Experience
Our culture is to take care of parents and I was grown in such a family where I have to take care of my grandmother and father from a very early age while studying. I have experince in taking care and helping with school work for kids 4-10 years. I am good at maths and science and have experience as a home tutor for 3 years.
