My Summary

My Experience

I work in a day nursery with children of the ages from 3 months to 4 years old. During school holidays, we care for children up to the ages of 10 years old. I have experience with working with mixed age ranges but particularly 3-4 years old as I am preschool based. I am currently Deputy manager and Pre-School room lead at my work, my roles and responsibilities include creating activities based around children’s interests, providing opportunities for children to learn through play and encouraging independence to prepare them for “big school”. I am usually responsible for about 20 children a day and ensure that they are kept safe and are in a warm, loving environment. I also have experience with working with working 1 to 1 with children with SEN. I am first aid trained and have a clear, up to date DBS check. I carry out continuous training as part of my job, for example designated safeguarding lead courses and more. Please feel free to ask more about my experience and training courses.

My Qualifications

I have a level 3 qualification in children’s play, learning and development. I also have a level 2 qualification in supporting children with challenging behaviour. I have also received training in supporting children with speech and language needs.

My Availability

Monday/ Thursday from 4pm to 10:30
Tuesday/ Wednesday from 6pm to 10:30pm
Available some Fridays (from 4pm) and weekends

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour

I charge £10.00 per hour.
